New Pathways has provided high-quality, flexible and creative children and young peoples services since April 2003. Our organisational services are managed by four highly qualified and experienced social care professionals with more than 70 years combined experience in the safeguarding and children’s care sector. Supporting children, young people and their families in a dignified and respectful manner is our mission and furthermore that investing in our workforce is fundamental to ensuring that our staff, young people and their families’ aspirations are achieved. Working in partnership with other professionals, children and their families is a cornerstone of our service delivery. We have demonstrated over a number of years that we are efficient, competitive and provide ‘best value’. Ultimately we are ‘person centred’ and will not compromise on the assessed and identified needs and ‘best interests and outcomes’ for the young people whom we support and care for.
